We manage more than 30 concepts across the US, partnering with numerous industry leaders including the Four Seasons, MGM hotels, JW Marriott and Bungalow Hospitality. The Director of Marketing will lead the strategic direction, management, and top-line revenues for all MINA Group properties. DOM is responsible for working directly with the General Manager, Restaurant Manager, and Restaurant Sales & Marketing associate in creating a clear and credible sales plan for each restaurant. Manages all Marketing strategy, planning, and execution for new openings. Understands market mix and aligns resources, structures, and systems to achieve strategic goals and maximize revenues.
It is the responsibility of the Director of Sales & Marketing to possess the knowledge of regional trends, proactively respond to the financial performance of each property, provide strategic direction, and ensure the achievement of MINA Group’s short and long-term goals.

As the Director of Marketing, you will be key in driving our brand presence and marketing initiatives. Your responsibilities will include:
Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives, elevating The Mina Group's brand position in the market.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including culinary, operations, and finance, to ensure seamless alignment of marketing efforts with overall business goals.
Brand Management: Oversee brand consistency across all channels, maintaining a cohesive and compelling brand identity.
Digital Marketing: Lead digital marketing initiatives, including social media campaigns, email marketing, and website optimization, to drive customer engagement and loyalty.
Performance Analytics: Utilize data and analytics to measure the success of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Budget Management: Efficiently manage marketing budgets, optimizing spend for maximum impact and return on investment.
Team Leadership: Manage and inspire a remote marketing team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven culture.
Qualifications:
Proven Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience in marketing roles, with a focus on strategic planning and execution.
Hospitality Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the high-end restaurant or hospitality industry is preferred.
Results-driven: Demonstrated success in driving measurable results through marketing initiatives.
Strategic Thinker: Ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on tactical execution.
Remote Work: Proven ability to work efficiently in a remote environment, with minimal travel required.
Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a remote team to success.

Salary : $110,000 - $140,000
