About the right team memberAs the Director of Product Management for Payments products at Mindbody, you will play a pivotal role in crafting our product strategy and leading a best-in-class team. You will be responsible for developing our Payments platform to power a seamless purchase experience for our customers.
About the role- Lead and mentor a team of product managers, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and innovation.
- Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, aligned with the company's overall goals and objectives.
- Ensure squad roadmaps are compelling, driving meaningful and impactful customer outcomes.
- Oversee market research and competitive analysis to identify customer needs, industry trends, and opportunities for product differentiation.
- Collaborate closely with enterprise customers to deeply understand their requirements and pain points, translating them into actionable product solutions.
- Drive excellence across the end-to-end product development process, including ideation, prioritization, requirements gathering, design, development, launch, and GTM (Go-to-Market).
- 8 years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of delivering successful B2B software products or platforms.
- Demonstrated experience in the fitness and wellness industry, with a deep understanding of enterprise customer needs and market dynamics.
- Strong strategic thinking and ability to define a product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
- Experience in building and leading high-performing product management teams.
- Proven ability to translate customer needs into actionable, impactful product roadmaps and experiences.
- Experience in developing specialized payments products.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams and present ideas to executive leadership.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset, with experience driving a culture that leverages metrics and user insights to drive product decisions.

Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location.
The base salary range for this position in the United States is $180,000 to $230,000. The total compensation package for this position may also include performance bonus, benefits and/or other applicable incentive compensation plans.
