Mindful, LLC., is a fast growing home environment product company with a strong focus on ecommerce. We are looking for the right person to join our team as a Marketing Associate. The Marketing Associate will work together with the rest of our marketing team to create, grow, and maintain Mindful’s online presence through a variety of channels and platforms.
In this role, one’s responsibilities will include projects and tasks such as: creating and managing product listings, managing ads and inventory on sales platforms, creating engaging written content, analyzing data related to advertising and marketing, and working with the marketing team on various projects.
The ideal candidate for this role will have some previous experience in marketing, advertising, sales, or ecommerce. Other qualities that are important for this position are an ability to work well in a fast paced teamwork focused environment, stay organized and motivated, bring ideas and creativity to the table, and being highly motivated to achieve results.
Responsibilities:
- Work with the rest of the marketing team to develop rich, meaningful, and impactful content to enhance brands and listings
- Identify and implement growth opportunities: new products, cross channel marketing to boost sales performance, creative assets and initiatives, etc.
- Run and maintain weekly and monthly reports on various marketplaces and the company’s brand websites for various metrics including sales performance, ad performance, trends over time, and sales forecasting
- Manage digital assets in shared folders
- Ensure website content and product catalog is up to date, organized, and attractive to the target audience
- Stay up to date on viral trends, best practices, and technology
- Coordinate with outside vendors on the planning of various digital assets including product photography, lifestyle photography, b-roll, graphics, and product animation
- Perform other tasks to assist the marketing department as needed
Position Requirements:
- At least 1 year professional experience in marketing or related field
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field, OR commensurate experience
- Proficient in MS Office. Intermediate level Excel required- must be able to use complicated formulas and build charts out of data
- Experience with Google Analytics, and skilled with data analytics
- Knowledgeable about digital marketing fundamentals- SEO/SEM, content marketing and strategy, social media, etc.
- Motivated and organized- able to follow projects through to completion either individually or with the team
Great to have:
- Previous experience with any of the following platforms: Google Analytics, Google Ads, Amazon Seller Central, Helium 10, Walmart Seller Portal, Shopify, Mailchimp, Klaviyo, ShipStation, Asana
- Experience with Adobe CS, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
- Prior ecommerce experience
