We are a business to business support service for independent mental healthcare businesses, which helps providers service a growing client base. We provide administrative and organizational services to simplify the processes of lead-generation, marketing, billing and collecting payments from patients and insurers. Our team supports over 500 independent businesses, who serve more than 10,000 clients per week.

The Office Manager is a critical role of the management team and will drive the success of our service locations by supervising the function and performance of their assigned location(s), provider/client relations, staff and facilities management.
As an Office Manager at Mindful Therapy Group, you will:
- Provide visible day-to-day leadership and management of your team of Provider Support Specialists
- Provide next level support to new and existing providers including technology, practice management, business strategy, risk management, and overall satisfaction with services
- Collaborate with the Regional Manager and Office Manager Team to drive the profitability, culture and work environment for providers and staff
- Oversee facility needs and liaise with property management as needed

Qualifications/Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
- At least 2 years of high-paced management experience (restaurants, retail, healthcare, etc.)
- Strong coaching and leadership skills, ability to motivate others.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Flexibility to travel to our 5 locations
- Background check required

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
