As the Sourcing Recruiter (Remote - Florida), you will specialize in the sourcing of clinical roles, create, and develop top quality talent pools while partnering with our Talent Acquisition team in funneling the best Talent for Mindpath Health. Our goal for this role is to build successful candidate connections, an on-going and robust pipeline of Practitioners and Clinical Talent while utilizing a variety of sourcing channels, to include, strategic sourcing, screening, and assess various market trends to develop a strong understanding of the potential growth opportunities within the brand.
Responsibilities:
- Serves as a dedicated resource to the Clinical Recruitment Team to source Licensed Clinicians, including Psychiatrists, Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners, Psychologists, and Therapists.
- Proactively build talent pipelines in anticipation of Mindpath Health’s growth trajectory and current business need.
- Collaborate with all Clinical Recruitment teams with respect to marketing strategy along the lines of sourcing channels; executing against strategy to build the top of the pipeline.
- Source qualified and vetted candidates through creative sourcing channels.
- Ability to navigate using the latest technology and best practices of Talent Acquisition & Sourcing trends and online landscapes, internet and beyond.
- Effective engagement and communication with all levels of candidates and leadership.
- Frequently build on and promote the Mindpath Health brand.
- Build and sustain partnerships within Schools/Agencies/Community Outreach to keep open communication with potential candidates.
- Keep track of current sourcing metrics, data & analytics to ensure optimal performance in recruiting for talent.
- Develops regular reporting to demonstrate successful lead generation of candidates throughout the different stages of candidate sourcing; makes recommendations on where to further invest or pivot.
- Educates Leaders and Recruiters on new and cutting-edge sourcing tools and techniques
- Engages in evergreen pipeline activities, develops “passive” candidates through networking, cold calling, complex internet searches, name generation and internet mining.
- Gathers intelligence on local/national market labor availability and competitor landscape.
- Phone screens candidates for qualifications, availability, interest level, compensation expectations, and relocation needs; provides pre-qualified candidates to the Clinical Recruitment team to manage through the full-cycle recruitment process.
- Researches and makes recommendations regarding opportunities to participate in annual conferences or other trade shows, including details on participation requirements (exhibitor, presenter, sponsor, marketing).
- Partners with Marketing team on creation of collateral material and other Clinical Recruitment marketing initiatives.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent, required
- Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Leadership & Administration/Clinical Studies & Sciences/Human Resources/Business Administration/Management or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience sourcing Licensed Clinicians/MD’s/Therapist or other applicable healthcare leadership roles in a highly competitive marketspace
- Minimum 2 years’ experience screening candidates resumes and conducting phone connections to qualify talent
- 3 years’ experience sourcing and cold calling candidates to regularly create a pool of talent prospects while leveraging current and future company openings and growth
- Minimum 5 years’ experience using LinkedIn Recruiter/social media and other sourcing avenues
- Frequent and recent experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), iCIMS Preferred
- Minimum 3 years’ advanced experience using MS Office applications and Internet Browsers
- Ability to work in multiple time zones to support sourcing and candidate communication needs
- Ability to analyze and interpret data and reports to create measurable details supporting sourcing trends and outcomes, return on investment, impact on business, talent demand and ability to verbally deliver information to key stakeholders.
- 5 or more years’ experience in a Recruiter role directly responsible for sourcing activity within a Healthcare Organization.
- Demonstrated experience developing internal and external partnerships and support, while influencing results across company brand.
- Able to assist in the creation of, writing, editing, and posting job descriptions, requisitions and screening templates, ensuring compliance and consistency throughout a wide variety of talent platforms.
- Advanced experience creating marketing communication strategies to build campaigns and targeted messaging to specified audiences while prospecting talent pools.
