- Oversee and work banquet events
- Coordinate timely and efficient delivery of food to meet clients' expectations
- Write staff schedules
- Establish setup and tear down plans for each event
- Inventory product to ensure proper and timely ordering

This is a hands-on position that requires being on your feet most of your shift moving tables, chairs, setting up, and tearing down events.
