About this Role:
We are looking for a Color Curator for our brand-new service, our MiniLuxe Color Lab. The Color Curator has passion beauty, hospitality, and sales. They provide exceptional customer service experiences and education while assisting our clients with creating their custom MiniLuxe Signature Polish.
What You’ll Do:
- Guides our clients through the custom Signature Polish creation
- Engages with clients in studio to educate on Color Lab services and drive bookings
- Supports studio team in driving retail and service sales
- Maintains inventory and maintenance of Color Lab
Who You Are:
- 2 years of retail experience in a high volume, fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Passionate about creating an impressive and lasting client experience
- Reliable and consistent
Job Type: Part-time
