Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Welcome and acknowledge each customer promptly upon their arrival
- Demonstrate MINISO’s dedication to customers by fostering connections, attentively listening to their needs, and providing personalized guidance to fulfill their inquiries
- Meet personal and professional sales objectives through outstanding customer service and advertising ongoing promotions proactively
- Operate the cash register proficiently to facilitate transactions
- Maintain sales floor presentations, such as front of house merchandise displays while adhering to visual guidelines
- Maintaining attentiveness to customers while remaining adaptable to business demands
- Manage inventory levels for both the sales floor and backroom, ensuring timely replenishment as required
- Support direct reports (Shift Leads, Assistant Store Managers, Store Managers, Area Managers) by aiding them with tasks and responsibilities as needed
- Other duties as needed
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous retail sales experience preferred, but not required
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Ability to perform basic math functions such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
- Demonstrate exceptional multitasking abilities
- Exhibits adeptness as both a team player and an independent worker
- Exhibits reliability and punctuality
- Ability to stand for an entire shift and lift to 30 pounds. Role involves occasionally stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders
- Adhering to business requirements by working non-traditional hours as necessary, including holidays, weekends, etc
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.00 per hour
