The City of International Falls is seeking a full-time Administrative Support Specialist. This position performs a wide variety of public service duties and clerical work in support of the Administration Department including greeting visitors and answering telephones; coordinating all items related to utility billing; ordering office supplies; and preparing, maintaining and coordinating work orders while providing high quality services to the public and other departments.
Minimum qualifications include a HS Diploma / GED; 2-year degree in administrative support or related field and 1-year experience in an office environment or an equivalent combination of education and experience; 1-year customer service experience answering telephones and dealing directly with the public; and a valid Minnesota driver’s license.
