Automotive Finance Manager

Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Automotive Finance Manager to join our team! A Minnesota Motor Company Finance Manager has a strong understanding of the financing process and works closely with customers and the Minnesota Motor Company team to ensure the vehicle buying process is a positive one.

Duties include:

• Working directly with customers to explain and recommend financing options, extended warranties, aftermarket products and other options.
• Finding competitive rates that will best serve MN Motor Company customers.
• Processing applications for vehicle financing and helping customers get approved.
• Verifying that all paperwork is completed correctly and filed properly.
• Maintaining strong relationships with lending institutions to ensure multiple program options and competitive rates for customers.
• Seeking out new programs that benefit customers and encourage them to buy.
• Ensuring compliance by following all local, state and federal regulations.
• Training or assisting in the training of the sales team on available financing and programs to ensure they promote them to customers.

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication skills.
• Customer relationship management skills.
• Sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry, including upselling skills.
• Proficient in working with computers such as typing quickly and multitasking software programs.
• Quick learner.
• Can manage a fast paced work environment.
• Loan and title experience is a plus.
• Being able to close a sale and/or assist the sales team in closing a sale.

Full Time Schedule

• 8:00 am - 5:30 pm Monday through Friday
• Rotating weekends 8:00 am - 3:00 pm
