Position Summary/Purpose:
Minnwest Bank is looking for a Lead Project Manager to supervise a small project management program and manage medium to large, and often technologically complex, projects. The Lead Project Manager will provide supervision and support to other project managers to create detailed project plans and effectively apply project management frameworks as well as assist in training and development of project managers.
This position will work to refine and continuously improve the Project Management program for Minnwest with a focus on efficiency and accuracy. This role will report to and work closely with the Director of IS/Program Management to understand the strategic plan and schedule projects in alignment with short and long-term strategic goals.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Requirements:

Education/Experience Requirements:
- Five or more years in project management with software development in Agile and Scrum frameworks
- Familiarity of network infrastructure, Microsoft Server and Office Suites, cloud services, and software development
Preferred Skills/Experience
- BS or BA degree in a related field or PMP/Scrum/Agile professional certification preferred
- Banking or financial services industry experience a plus
