The Hyve Premium Home services is a group of Utah's premier home service companies including MiNT Window Cleaning, Pepper Mobile Detail, Citrus Carpet Cleaning. And those are just the beginning. The office estimator will work diligently to identify leads, educate prospects on products through calls, training, and presentations, and provide existing customers with exceptional support.

Responsibilities for Office Estimator
- Answer inbound calls/text from new customers to give window cleaning/pressure washing quotes
- Follow up with quotes and website leads to get new clients to approve their quotes and get scheduled
- Schedule all new clients & future recurring plan clients
- Create, send, and follow up on Invoices
- Reach out to past clients to see if they want to schedule another cleaning
- Reach out to social media influencers to create partnerships and schedule collaborations.
Qualifications for Office Estimator
Must Have
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales/conversion standards
- Ability to organize client visits on a daily/weekly/monthly schedule based off of location and priority
- Excellent follow-up and follow-through skills in a fast-paced environment
- Proven track record of successfully managing customer relationships
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Highly self-motivated
Preferred
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required. associate's degree in Business Administration preferred.
