MINT MOBILE is seeking a talented Junior Graphic Designer to join the Creative Team! Individual reports to the Art Director. Role is remote; must reside in the United States.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Junior Graphic Designer, you are not afraid of a blank canvas – in fact it excites you. You’re confident and know exactly what’s needed to get that blank page to the next great ad campaign. Your standards for delivering on marketing goals are unwavering. You work as a team player and recognize the value of differing perspectives - which allows you to approach problem solving with an open mind. Your experience allows you to ask the right questions and deliver on-point creative solutions in a fast-paced environment.
Your usual day of awesomeness includes:
- Design digital creative assets for two brands.
- Own your own projects from conception to completion.
- Collaborate with Designers, Copywriters, Art Directors, and our Creative Director.
- Design for digital advertising.
- Design emails, banner ads, web landing pages, etc.
- Stay up to date with industry developments and tools.
WHAT YOU BRING
- 4 years of graphic design experience.
- Demonstrated professional experience in industry standards of the graphic design field with extensive knowledge of the principles of concept, color, layout, typeface, and production techniques.
- Demonstrated extensive experience and proficiency with graphic design software, including Adobe Creative Suite; Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects.
- Strong understanding of email interface within Mailchimp and Klavio is preferred.
- Web UX/UI, Sketch, InVision, as well as CSS/HTML/WYSIWYG/CRM is a plus.
- Interpersonal communication skills to interact effectively with a variety of team members is essential.
- Must possess strong time/project management skills for working in and meeting deadlines.
- Ability to handle multiple small to large projects simultaneously.
- Agency experience is a plus.
- Online portfolio of work a must.

In support of the Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the range of starting pay for this role is $55,000 - $60,000. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, actual compensation is influenced by a wide range of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, education, certifications, responsibility, and geographic location.
