MINT MOBILE is seeking a talented Sr. Manager, Paid Social to join our Media & Acquisition team in New York City! Individual reports to Director, Media & Acquisition. Role is open to remote; must reside in the United States.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As the Senior Manager, Paid Social for our Mint Mobile brand, you will manage and grow our paid social channel to attract new Mint subscribers. You will lead the day-to-day execution of our paid social program and own campaigns across all major platforms: Facebook / Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat, TikTok, etc. You will be responsible for continuously optimizing and tracking the success of campaigns, while also driving innovation through testing into new platforms/strategies/creatives. You will play a pivotal role in the success of our media team and will have a loud voice in shaping our acquisition strategies.

Your usual day of awesomeness includes:
- Managing media campaigns across paid social platforms (Facebook / Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat, TikTok, etc.)
- Brainstorming, identifying, scoping, and prioritizing new test initiatives and paid social acquisition strategies.
- Optimizing campaigns to achieve sales and efficiency goals using last-touch and custom attribution models.
- Executing tests and reporting/evaluating results to drive future recommendations.
- Monitoring and reporting on daily campaign performance, conducting analyses and investigating performance changes.
- Developing audience strategies to improve campaign performance and reach new groups of customers.
- Collaborating with our in-house marketing analytics team to deep dive into performance and understand channel interactions.
- Partnering with our content and creative teams to ensure a continuous flow of new creative concepts and performance. readouts, understanding which elements of a creative drive performance.
WHAT YOU BRING
- 3 years experience managing paid social campaigns (at a media agency a plus).
- Hands-On-Keys / Technical experience creating, deploying, and optimizing media campaigns.
- Mastery of digital buying platforms (Facebook Ads Manager, Twitter Ads, Snapchat Ads, etc.)
- Excellent analytical and critical-thinking skills, with strong attention to detail.
- Enthusiasm for translating data into actionable insights.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to juggle multiple projects and tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Advanced computer skills, particularly Microsoft Excel.
- Desire to join a small, growing team.

In support of the Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the range of starting pay for this role is $110,000 - $125,000. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, actual compensation is influenced by a wide range of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, education, certifications, responsibility, and geographic location.
