Mint Storage is looking to hire and outgoing, friendly, and sales-oriented person to join our team. This position is approximately 18-24 hours/ week.

Office Operations
Learn all aspects of the operation software, lease agreements and other day to day activities. Understanding and following our policies and procedures.
Sales Operations
Learn the process of over the phone and in person sales; and the ability to follow up on open leads without supervision.
Here’s what you bring:
- Minimum High school Education.
- We need you to be efficient and can multi-task.
- Basic Computer Skills are a must.
- Customer service and the willingness to go above and beyond for our customers while preserving your personal integrity.
- Experience with apartment leasing, retail, or some type of sales organization is a plus.
- You flourish with relationships and have a natural curiosity about everyone you meet.
- You have a strong learning ability.
- You’re a self-starter. Sitting still and waiting to be told what to do next just isn’t in your nature.
