What are the responsibilities and job description for the Grinder position at Minute Men Staffing?
We're hiring a Grinder for 1st shift (6am-4pm, Mon-Fri) in Cleveland (near Slavic Village).
This is an excellent direct hire opportunity with benefits offered on the 1st day of employment, including:

Pay starts at $17 / hour with additional pay depending on experience in the alloy steel industry.
Grinders will use hand grinders to remove dross from flame cut parts, remove defects / sharp edges/ scratches & excess material.
Previous grinding experience in the alloy steel industry is preferred.
Applicants must be proficient with standard industry tools and equipment to be considered.
These jobs are physical. Grinders are on their feet and using hand tools with occasional breaks.
Overtime on Saturdays is available, but not required.
