Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for selling our products and services to customers.
Duties:
- Build and maintain relationships with existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
- Provide product information, answer customer inquiries, and address any concerns or issues
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, and transactions in the ROCK SOLID system
Skills:
- Excellent organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Previous experience in LUMBER, retail sales, preferred
- Cash handling experience is a plus
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing
- Knowledge of stock for inventory control is beneficial
Job Type: Full-time
Shift:
- Day shift
Weekly day range:
- Monday to Friday
