Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Social Media Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our social media presence across various platforms, creating engaging content, and fostering a positive online reputation. This role requires strong skills in graphic design, video editing, and photography, as well as experience with social media marketing and relationship management tools such as Hootsuite. The successful candidate will be able to effectively manage our social media accounts, creating content that resonates with our audience, and building a loyal following.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement social media strategies that align with our brand goals and target audience.
- Create engaging content, including images, videos, and posts, that capture the attention of our followers and drive brand awareness.
- Utilize graphic design and video editing skills to create visually appealing and high-quality content.
- Use photography skills to capture high-quality images that showcase our products and services.
- Manage and schedule content using Hootsuite and other social media marketing tools.
- Monitor and respond to social media comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner.
- Analyze social media metrics to measure the success of our campaigns and adjust our strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create a cohesive brand voice across all social media channels.
- Ensure that all social media content adheres to company guidelines and brand standards.
- Identify and address any negative online reviews or mentions in a timely and professional manner.

Qualifications:
- Strong skills in graphic design, video editing, and photography.
- Experience with social media marketing and relationship management tools such as Hootsuite.
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro.
- Ability to create engaging and high-quality content that resonates with our audience.
- Strong writing and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret social media metrics and adjust our strategies accordingly.
- A positive attitude and a passion for creating engaging content and building a loyal online following.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.33 - $25.68 per hour
