We are looking for a Patient Care Coordinator (front office secretary) to help with the organization and running of the daily operations of the Milford Ma Miracle Ear office. The ideal candidate will be a hard-working professional who is coachable and trainable.
Responsibilities
- Create and update patient records ensuring accuracy and validity of information
- Schedule and plan appointments
- Monitor level of office supplies
- Coordinate with other departments via email when necessary
- Perform receptionist duties
Skills
- Experience ( preferred not required )
- Working knowledge of office equipment Including phone, fax ect.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
