What are the responsibilities and job description for the Secretary/Receptionist position at Miracle Ear Hearing Ctr.?

We are looking for a Patient Care Coordinator (front office secretary) to help with the organization and running of the daily operations of the Milford Ma Miracle Ear office. The ideal candidate will be a hard-working professional who is coachable and trainable.

Responsibilities

  • Create and update patient records ensuring accuracy and validity of information
  • Schedule and plan appointments
  • Monitor level of office supplies
  • Coordinate with other departments via email when necessary
  • Perform receptionist duties

Skills

  • Experience ( preferred not required )
  • Working knowledge of office equipment Including phone, fax ect.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour

Education:

  • High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
