In this critical role, you will be responsible for:
- Preparing transfer documents, entering accounting correspondence for dealer swaps, and used wholesale transactions, etc.
- Processing vehicle titles for all sales and trade-in vehicles.
- Checking for accuracy and completeness of all paperwork related to vehicle titles.
- Preparing and submitting lien releases and title transfers for paid vehicles.
- Collaborating with sales and finance teams to ensure timely title processing.
- Serving as a liaison with customers, state agencies, and financial institutions to resolve any title discrepancies.
- Maintaining accurate and organized records of all vehicle related documents.
- Responding to and completing any other duties as assigned by Controller.
