JOB SUMMARY: We are looking to hire a Sales Representative to cover construction equipment sales in San Diego, CA. This job will require the ability to demonstrate the product, prospect in their assigned territory and follow up with leads in a timely manner. We are looking for a person who is self-motivated and can manage their time and workload effectively. This job will require that you have a CDL. The sales territory for this position will cover San Diego and several of the surrounding municipalities.

Responsibilities
- Daily territory management and revenue growth through on-site visits to customers, in addition to contacting potential customers via telephone.
- Promote the sale and rental equipment lines, and acquire a thorough, working & technical knowledge of all products.
- Complete and submit finance documents for approval. Accurately complete and process all additional sales workflow paperwork and documentation..
- Document daily calls to customers and develop weekly, monthly, and annual goals for contacts.
Qualifications
- Previous sales or rental experience and knowledge of construction equipment preferred.
- Excellent communication and negotiating skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability to work additional hours and weekends if needed.
- Class A license (or the ability to acquire one) is necessary.
- Ability to speak Spanish is a plus but not required.
