Account Manager - Operations

- Daily updates to client on all work orders

- Manage profits on each work order

- Manage Work orders including updates to client, and vendors.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key personnel with clients

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts

- Conduct regular account reviews to ensure customer satisfaction and identify areas for improvement

- Source vendors to perform job duties

- Prepare and deliver Work Order presentations to clients

- Provide ongoing support and guidance to customers throughout the work order process

- Utilize Facilit CRM system to track work orders and manage customer information

```Qualifications```

- Proven experience in account management

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Demonstrated ability to analyze customer needs and develop tailored solutions

- Experience in technology sales or technical sales is preferred

- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

- Ability to negotiate contracts and pricing agreements effectively

- Strong business development skills with the ability to identify and pursue new opportunities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
