Job Type: Part-time
Summary:
This position is responsible for merchandising at customer sites across the Houston metroplex.
Responsibilities:
- Effectively merchandise product within the store according to pre-determined sets
- Responsible for all aspects of product merchandising within assigned stores
- Interacts in a professional manner with store employees, store management and customers while in the store
- Building relationships with the warehouse team, receivers, buyers, and customers
- Driving a box truck when needed
- Ensures the right products and quantities are delivered to stores on time and placed on the right shelves, with the correct pricing.
- Tracking inventory levels and reporting shortages
Requirements:
- Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1-year experience in merchandising
- Willing to learn about the product to provide the best customer service
- Excellent time-management skills with the ability to work independently with little supervision
- Exceptional interpersonal and relationship building skills
- Valid driver’s license
- Acceptable driving record
- At least 21 years of age
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
- Ability to push/pull up to 200lbs repeatedly.
- Basic Computer skills
