Marketing Manager, Mishimoto
The Marketing Manager is responsible for managing new and existing B2B and DTC marketing programs to ensure the company is maximizing growth potential and brand awareness while exceeding customer expectations. The individual will continually maintain a professional image of the company. Integrity, passion, and automotive industry knowledge are essential for this role. The Marketing Manager reports to the Vice President of Marketing.

He/she will have responsibility for his/her own work.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage B2B Marketing Programs
- Coordinate with the Sales team to:
- Develop strategies to educate and convey the Mishimoto brand vision to our wholesale customers.
- Develop and execute measurable, incentivized, cooperative marketing programs to increase existing customer sales.
- Report on performance of marketing programs to Sales and Leadership teams monthly.
- Coordinate with the Sales team to:
- Manage DTC Marketing Programs
- Manage Public Relations programs including the Mishimoto sponsorship program, corporate partnerships, athletes, licensing, contests, new product releases, and media relationships.
- Manage the Social Media Content Creator, Videographer and all programs including all corporate social media accounts, partnerships, and content creation.
- Manage the Digital Advertising Specialist to develop and deliver social, email, and SMS advertising programs that both increase brand awareness and drive prospects to conversions.
- Manage Marketing Assistant to ensure all marketing initiatives are properly communicated, executed, and tracked.
- Coordinate with Sales team to develop marketing plans for end consumer events in Mishimoto’s global event schedule, attending events as needed.
- Oversee the execution of the Mishimoto brand vision.
- Report on performance of marketing programs to Leadership team monthly.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
- 4 years of consumer marketing experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience in the aftermarket auto industry.
- 2 years of management experience
- Extensive knowledge base of the auto industry, including parts and mechanical systems
- Strong organizational abilities with a keen attention to detail.
- Genuine compassion for customer satisfaction.
- Must demonstrate professional written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to produce quality work within tight deadlines.
- Ability to exhibit objectivity and openness to others’ views.
- Ability to give and receive constructive feedback to others.
Physical Demands & Working Conditions:
Normal office environment with weekday and weekend travel required for events. Lifting of items up to 50 lbs. Overtime as required.
