Position Summary
The Director of Marketing will lead the development and implementation of the company’s marketing strategies to expand brand presence, drive market growth, and contribute to the overall business objectives. This role will oversee the marketing team and collaborate closely with other departments and the leadership team to ensure a consistent and effective approach to market perception and customer engagement. This role will deliver innovative campaigns and measurable results that align with vision of the company. This role is pivotal in the shaping of the company’s public view, fostering customer relationships, and ensuring a competitive edge in the industry.
Essential Job Functions

· Direct and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy and brand that includes digital, print, social media, and direct marketing
· Oversee the creation and execution of engaging campaigns that resonate with target audiences
· Lead and motivate the marketing team to achieve results
· Travel to attend meetings, conferences, and other events
· Oversee and coordinate community events or promotional activities
· Collaborate with other departments (Sales, Customer Service, IT, Distribution, and Corporate) to align marketing strategies with company goals and initiatives
· Analyze market trends and customer perceptions to adjust marketing strategies as necessary
· Maintain knowledge of emerging products and services
· Collaborate with senior executives to develop growth plans for the organization
· Forecast, draft, implement, and oversee the department’s operating budget
Job Qualifications
Education/Experience – bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or related field preferred; A minimum of three (3) years of demonstrated experience and success in a senior marketing role.
Knowledge/Skills/Ability – Strong leadership skills; must have the ability to be a skilled and confident communicator (verbal and written); must be proficient in the use of current technologies; detail-oriented, able to execute efficiently, and follow through; ability to organize, multitask, and prioritize effectively; must possess expertise in various marketing platforms, tools, and best practices; problem solving skills; must possess strong presentation skills; the ability to lead and motivate others; Must possess strong analytical and project management skills; Must be a creative and strategic thinker with attention to detail.
