Are you a skilled and dedicated Family Law Attorney seeking an exciting opportunity in El Segundo, California? A highly reputable law firm specializing in family law matters, is actively seeking an experienced Family Law Attorney to join their dynamic team.
Responsibilities:
- Provide legal advice and representation to clients in family law cases, including divorce, child custody, spousal support, and other related matters.
- Conduct legal research and analysis to build a strong case strategy.
- Draft legal documents, pleadings, and motions for submission to the court.
- Represent clients in court hearings and mediations.
- Negotiate settlements and agreements on behalf of clients.
- Stay updated on changes in family law legislation and guide clients accordingly.
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active member in good standing with the California State Bar.
- Minimum of [1-4] years of family law experience.
- Strong knowledge of California family law statutes and procedures.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- $100,000 - $135,000 per year (Commensurate with experience)
