Mission San Jose Mortgage is Looking for New Or Experienced Loan Officers to join our growing family. We have Remote 1099 Positions available.

Responsibilities
- Originate and close mortgage loans in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
- Evaluate loan applications and documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the loan process
- Analyze applicants' financial status, credit, and property evaluations to determine feasibility of granting loans
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and changes in the mortgage market
- Collaborate with underwriters, processors, and other team members to expedite the loan approval process
- Maintain confidentiality of customer information and adhere to data protection regulations
- Meet sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the mortgage department
- Assist in training and mentoring junior loan officers
- Handle any escalated customer concerns or issues in a professional manner

Qualifications
- Strong background in loan processing and TILA regulations
- Experience as a loan officer with knowledge of FNMA, underwriting, loan origination, and mortgage servicing
- Familiarity with financial services, fair housing regulations, and credit analysis
- Proficiency in contracts, banking procedures, basic math, and escrow
- Ability to perform 10 key typing accurately
- Solid understanding of math concepts
- Certification or successful completion of the NMLS Safe Test

We are licensed in Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Montana, New Mexico, Ohio, Oregon, Texas, Washington, and Wyoming.

Aggressive Underwriter and Processors

Ability to close loans within 12 days.

Commission Structure

New Loan Officers 0 Experience 100 Bps-137.5 Bps

Pro Loan Officers 6 Months or More 175 Bps-200 Bps

Branch Manager 5 Years or More 225 Bps.

Training and Mentorship:

Our seasoned team, including experienced Mortgage Loan Officer Assistants (MLOAs) and processors, are here to help you succeed.
