Mission Yogurt, Inc. is seeking a Manager for Etais Bakery Café at Denver International Airport.

Etais Bakery Café utilizes fresh, natural ingredients in its fresh artisan breads, made-to-order salads, large selection of cold and hot sandwiches and more. A full service bar features numerous beers on tap and by the bottle, including many local and gluten-free options, as well as signature cocktails and 10 varieties of absinthe from around the world.

What We Are Looking For:

• Candidates who possess at least two years of restaurant management experience;
• Delivers superior food and beverage service and maximizes customer satisfaction;
• Upholds ideals, values, and practices that are the foundation of Mission Yogurt: Loyalty, Innovation, Service, Communication and Flexibility;
• Adheres to Mission Yogurt's safety, sanitation, and cleanliness policies and practices;
• Ensures all operating and quality standards are met;
• Upholds a professional and ethical management style and presentation;
• Assesses work-related issues in a professional manner and exercises honest, non-bias judgment;
• Previous experience as a restaurant supervisor, front of house manager, back of house manager, kitchen manager, hospitality manager, lead server
• Ensures safety and security of both guests and team members.

JOB SKILLS

• Fluent in health department inspections;
• Strong grasp of food cost, financials, and inventory control;
• Establish open lines of communication between all managers;
• Responsible for daily fiscal management;
• Participate in coaching, counseling, training, and development for managers;
• Frequently communicate with Human Resources and Payroll teams to enforce company policies and procedures
