Responsibilities:
- Communicate directly with consumers through live chat, incoming calls, email sales leads
- Proactively reach out to potential and existing customers via phone and email to generate sales leads and schedule appointments
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and efficiently
- Maintain a deep knowledge of Subaru vehicles and the automotive industry to effectively promote and sell vehicles to customers
- Conduct follow-up calls and emails to ensure customer satisfaction and cultivate long-term relationships
- Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions and sales
- Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales quotas
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue opportunities for increased sales and improved customer satisfaction
- Makes sales appointments
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred
- Prior experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the automotive industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office
- Valid driver's license
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
