The DE&I Program Manager will harness experience and well-honed program management and related skills to drive and deliver a robust array of DE&I programming. The programming will foster an environment of learning, understanding, and celebration of diverse perspectives and experiences across the company’s U.S. affiliates, thereby driving new levels of employee satisfaction and contributing to company success in a competitive marketplace.
Responsibilities
- Drives and manages delivery for multiple complex and key regional DE&I programs. Works with key partners including Learning & Development, Talent Acquisition and Human Resources to move programs forward.
- Builds and leverages partnerships with Talent Acquisition to ensure successful experiences for candidates across diverse talent pools.
- Leads with solid program management skills and collaborates across the organization to lead programs and enable change.
- Partners with the Regional Diversity Lead to influence business leaders.
- Investigates and gains deep understanding of processes and systems, develops inclusive practices, and executes toward DE&I goals.
- Develops metrics for monitoring progress.
- Articulates status, key activities, project risks and opportunities, and recommendations to business stakeholders including verbal (live) updates as well as written updates.
- Partners closely with the company’s People Leaders in integrating inclusion, diversity, and bias mitigation concepts along the employee journey.
- Collaborates with the ERG Manager and lends assistance as required to ERG planning and programming.
- Other duties as required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree is required.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in Human Resources, Organizational Development, and/or Change Management.
- Ideally, experience will include managing DE&I initiatives, helping teams understand and navigate change, and event planning.
- Highly collaborative style. Possesses sound emotional intelligence and works effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community/work environment.
- Ability to uphold confidentiality and discretion with all sensitive matters.
- Track record of successful project and program management, which demonstrated an ability to manage multiple workstreams and deftly translate feedback into program improvements.
- Strong analytical skills. Ability to analyze data and present findings to senior leaders.
- Ability to partner with senior leaders to inform and manage programs.
- Proven ability to be resourceful, inventive, self-motivated, and able to independently lead and influence others.
- Demonstrated emotional intelligence, and interpersonal skills to connect with our global, distributed team.
- Ambitious self-starter with demonstrated ability and willingness to roll up sleeves and execute to get the job done
- Strong drive for results, with the ability to manage independently and take calculated risks.
- Ability to succeed in a fast-paced, innovative, and rapidly evolving industry and business organization.
- Strong verbal and written communications skills and ability to articulate complex concepts to cross-functional audiences.
- Proficient in MS Office with strong skills in PowerPoint and Excel.

The salary range for this position is $93,000 - $149,000. Factors such as scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, job-related skills, internal peer equity, as well as market and business considerations may influence base pay offered. This salary may be subject to a geographic adjustment (according to a specific city and state and depending on the role), if an authorization is granted to work outside of the location listed in this posting.
This position is eligible to participate in our annual Short-Term Incentive (STI) program. Specific information about the plan including eligibility rules and target, will be furnished upon hire.
Salary : $93,000 - $149,000
