Job Description:
We are seeking enthusiastic individuals with a passion for weddings and events to join our team as Un paid Interns at our beautiful 1800s picturesque mansion wedding venue. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the wedding industry while working in a stunning and historic setting.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with the setup and breakdown of weddings and events, ensuring that all decorations, furniture, and equipment are arranged according to the client's specifications.
- Learn and assist with basic wedding planning tasks, including coordinating with vendors, creating timelines, and managing event logistics.
- Develop excellent communication skills by interacting with clients, guests, and colleagues in a professional and friendly manner.
- Contribute to our venue's online presence by writing blog posts about weddings, wedding trends, and other related topics.
Requirements:
- A genuine interest in the wedding industry and a passion for creating memorable experiences.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends when events are scheduled.
- Basic knowledge of social media platforms and blogging is a plus.
