Mizu, Inc. is seeking an innovative marketing manager to promote our brands and services. In this role, the marketing manager will be creating strategies, managing the marketing department, and working with the leadership staff to define marketing initiatives for the company. In addition, you will be participating in preparing marketing budgets and forecasts. To ensure success, extensive knowledge of marketing and content creation strategies with digital, social, print, and product areas are required. The qualified individual will have the ability to identify new business relationships that assist in building the company's marketing strategies as well as look for ways to increase our presence in specified and unique areas of business. An outstanding marketing manager will be someone who not only has the required expertise that translates into increased brand awareness and profitability, but is also a leader in building and strengthening the perfect marketing team.
Responsibilities

• Skilled in Adobe Creative Cloud
• Creating, editing, producing content for the company
• Generating strategies to increase customer, dealer, and new business relations
• Increasing brand awareness and market share
• Coordinating marketing strategies with the sales, financial, and production departments
• Developing and managing the marketing department's budget
• Overseeing branding, advertising, and promotional campaigns
• Managing the marketing department's staff
• Promoting our brand at trade shows and major industry-related events
• Keeping informed of marketing strategies and trends
Qualifications
• At least 3 years experience in marketing, CRO strategies, channels, and branding
• At least 2 years experience in semantic analysis, SEO, reputation management, and programmatic media
• Email marketing and especially in persona development
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong time management and organizational abilities
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud
• Knowledge of camera, audio, lighting gear including experience in drone operation
• Utilizing creative skills for unique approaches to increase brand awareness
