Annual: $39,312 to $56,160 Bonus

Job Summary
The Technical Services Coordinator provides administrative support to the Technical Services group by handling a wide variety of situations.
Responsibilities
- Understand, follow, and support Mizuho OSI’s internal Quality System policies, procedures and work instructions including but not limited to applicable external regulations (21 Code of Federal Regulations Part 820 Quality System Regulations and applicable International Standards).
- Interact with other entities across the organization; ensuring cross functional communication and workflow is positive, interactive, efficient, and effective.
- Maintain International and Domestic install base updates as received.
- Assist with registration and records for Biomed Training, including managing scheduling and communication.
- Provide frequent and timely information to team members.
- Support the Service Department with other department tasks as designated and assigned.
- Experience and education – as outlined below, per job level.
- Experience with MS Office 365.
- Experience using technical applications, including ECP, CRM, SAP, ERP/CRM software (i.e. SAP/SFDC/ServiceMax) .
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail. Strong verbal and written communication skills with an apt for providing high-level customer service satisfaction.
- Knowledge of medical device industry preferred.
- Ability to be a self-motivated and well- organized.
- Ability to facilitate complex scheduling.
- Ability to work on own with little supervision.
- Has the aptitude to multitask effectively.
- Ability to work with a professional and positive attitude to improve and embrace processes. Comfortable bringing ideas and suggestions forward.
- Experience building strong working relationships both internally and externally, and quickly establishing trust and credibility.
