What are the responsibilities and job description for the Chef de Partie position at Mizuna?
Mizuna is looking for a talented and passionate person to be a Chef de Partie at Frank Bonanno's flagship restaurant--working closely with Chef Frank and our Executive Chef to maintain the standards of Mizuna.
This is your opportunity to have free range to play and create renowned dishes. We offer two different tasting menus and you will be responsible for coming up with dishes for both. The menu changes often at our discretion based on seasonal ingredients.
We are open 5 nights a week, closed Sunday and Mondays.
Many chefs have gone on from Mizuna to open their own restaurants. This is a great opportunity for someone motivated, creative and willing to aspire to be the best!
This is a fun work experience with a talented front and back of the house team.
The pay is $25-35 an hour based on our revolutionary CHP (Creating Happy People) fee system.
