Role Overview:
As an Exterior Sales Representative, you will be the face of MJ Exteriors, responsible for generating leads, conducting in-home consultations, and closing sales. Your role will involve understanding client needs, presenting customized solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively prospect and generate leads through various channels.
- Conduct detailed consultations to assess client needs and present our services.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales proposals.
- Close sales deals and consistently achieve or exceed sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive referrals and repeat business.
- Stay informed about industry trends and our product offerings to provide expert advice to clients.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven sales experience, preferably in exterior solutions or home improvement.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Reliable vehicle and willingness to travel within the designated sales territory.
- Flexible schedule, including availability for evenings and weekends.
