In this role, the Account Coordinator is responsible for assisting the Account Director with the day-to-day tasks of assigned clients across account groups.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist Account Teams, providing support on projects and client communication.
- Keep Account Director informed of the status of tasks of assigned client projects.
- Utilize sound project management processes and tools to set-up and guide internal execution teams towards the achievement of client, campaign, and project objectives.
- Ownership over project reviews requiring extreme attention to detail and strong understanding of internal processes to effectively communicate feedback.
- Work with Account Director to prioritize multiple clients and projects and ensure quality and deadlines are met.
- Act as a point of contact for clients, handling task-related concerns or issues with the client and involving Account Director as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree
- Preferably 1 year of experience in an Account Service role within agency environment– email and/or digital agency a plus
- General understanding of graphic design / creative process
- Ability to communicate project needs to technical/development teams
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
- Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills
- Animal health or other healthcare industry experience a plus
- A knowledge of Microsoft Suite programs a plus (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
