About the Role
The Graphic Designer supports the Cinema Support Center (CSC) Marketing team in the execution of MJR programs. This position reports to the Director of Marketing and also works cross-functionally, with internal and external partners.
Under supervision of the Director of Marketing, the Graphic Designer is responsible for creative content and graphics for a wide range of projects across multiple media platforms.
In this role you can expect to:
- Collaborate with internal partners (Loyalty, ITS, Event Sales, etc.) to create MJR promotional graphics
- Provide support in the planning and execution of Company/employee events
- Ensure internal and external compliance of MJR brand standards and branding materials
- Coordinate with third party vendor to develop content and deliver MJR requests (as needed)
- Review and check website movie schedule for accurate ratings, warnings, or required edits to movie onesheets
- Graphic content creation for all MJR collateral across website and all social media platforms
- Weekly updates to slider headers
- Basic Photoshop color corrections and retouching
- Custom infographics, logos and icons
- Generate mockups for items including Planogram (Adobe CC InDesign), uniform, display, hangtags, stickers, labels and other printed materials
- Seasonal, holiday and special event graphic/content updates to the website slider headers
- Create Bar menu layout/graphics for seasonal and promotional drinks, new releases, holiday, etc.
- Produce physical promotional content (poster) sent for print (curfew, how to read your ticket, etc.)
- Research industry trends and competitor best practices for various multimedia marketing materials
- Other duties as assigned
Skills and Experience Required
We might be a good fit if you have:
- Minimum 3-5 years of Graphic Design experience; or
- Equivalent combination of formal education/training plus experience
- Adobe Creative Suite: Minimum 3 years preferred
- Expert in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.)
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Team player/collaborative
- Attention to detail
