Responsibilities:
- Perform quality inspections on products using precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers.
- Collect and analyze data to identify trends and potential issues.
- Conduct visual inspections to ensure products meet quality standards.
- Document inspection results and maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with production teams to address quality concerns and implement corrective actions.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and efficiency.
- Any additional assigned tasks to support the quality and manufacturing teams.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in manufacturing preferred.
- Proficient in using precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately interpret measurements.
- Effective communication and soft skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
-Windows and Microsoft Office familiarity.
Preferred Skills:
-Knowledge of quality control principles and methodologies
-Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to identify root causes of quality issues.

Responsibilities:
Includes the following: (Other duties may be assigned)
· Perform in-process, receiving, and final inspection of product and purchased parts
· Participates in maintaining the quality management system (ISO 13485)
· Conduct and facilitate internal and external audits of the quality management system and company processes
· Evaluates the need for corrective and preventive actions
· Starts NCR investigations for further follow up with customers/vendors
· Monitors and records the training of personnel
· Collecting and analyzing quality performance data
· Perform in-house calibration and maintain records of calibration (calipers, micrometers, dial indicators, etc.…)
· Work with production personnel to analyze and verify the capability of production processes and vendors’ parts/services
· Communicating with suppliers regarding their quality performance (notifications, requests for corrective actions, etc.…)
Minimum Educational Qualifications:
· High school diploma or equivalent experience
· Overall leadership and organizational skills
· Experience with NCR’s, Bill of Materials, blueprints/specs, purchasing contracts, and inventory control systems
· Experience with the use and calibration of mechanical measuring tools. This includes calipers, micrometers, indicators, gauge blocks, plug gauges, thread gauges, ring gauges, air gauges, and optical comparators. Experience with Keyence inspection systems is a plus.
Language Skills
Ability to read and comprehend instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients and other employees.
Mathematical Skills
Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
Reasoning Ability
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
Physical Demands
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit and walk. The employee is occasionally required to stand, reach and lift.
Work Environment
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to moving mechanical parts. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to loud
