The specific requirements and tasks may include, but are not limited to the following:
Education/Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in a business or technical field
- Ten (10) years of experience in engineering/science management, operations research analysis or financial/cost analysis
- Understanding of U.S. Navy / Marine Corps programs, contracts, and operations
- Familiarity with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARs), and Service-specific regulations
- Experience shall include collection, review, and analysis of information in order to make recommendations to the Government
- Experience advising clients on Federal best practices in acquisition strategy
Responsibilities:
Serve as a Contract Management Analyst. Analyze relevant contractual data, which may include annual revenues, employment, or expenditures. Interview managers and employees while observing their operations. Develop solutions to problems. In the course of preparing recommendations, understand the nature of the organization, the relationship it has with others in the Government, and its internal organization and culture. Prepare and solve mathematical models. Assist managers with development of acquisition strategies and planning. Develop solicitation packages that are compliant with Federal and Service-specific guidelines, including Requests for Proposals (RFP), Requests for Quotes (RFQ), and Performance Work Statements (PWS)/Statements of Work (SOW).

- Be able to maintain a Secret clearance

Salary : $78,200 - $99,000
