Description
M.M. Hayes Co., Inc., is seeking a highly motivated individual who would be interested in working with the MM Hayes administration team to help identify potential candidates for employment at MM Hayes.
Requirements
- Work with MM Hayes’ external recruiting firm to identify qualified candidates.
- Work with local colleges and universities and their respective career centers to promote MM Hayes and everything MM Hayes has to offer.
- Maintain, revise, and help develop job descriptions for all open positions.
- Monitor open positions.
- Learn and understand MM Hayes product offerings so candidates can get a high level picture of the technology and why they should want to join our team.
Qualifications/ Desired Skills and Experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
- Someone who holds the candidate and hiring manager experience in high regard, and can demonstrate agility and patience through difficult situations.
- Must be responsive and focused on the quality of our hires while maintaining a sense of urgency to meet hiring needs.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
