As of late, we are looking for a creative and solution-oriented team player to join our team as a Full-Time Sales Representative. We provide full training and daily mentorship to ensure our trainees and team feel confident, informed, and knowledgeable about our services. We cross-train and develop someone in each department to ensure success as an Entry Level Sales Representative.
We offer personal, hands-on training tailored to each individual’s strengths and weaknesses. The Sales Representative is meant for someone who is a great student, looking to try something fresh and new, and someone who is self-manageable or can be managed with little to no supervision. Someone in this position should also feel comfortable working with customers in person.
Key Duties of the Full-Time Sales Representative:
- Identify prospective customers, lead generation, and conversion.
- Contact new and existing customers to discuss needs through direct selling
- Be knowledgeable about the products and services we offer.
- Presenting to the public strong working expertise in the products we promote.
- Upselling products to current and/or potential clients.
- Ensuring innovation and quality in all Customer interactions as measured by call monitoring and gathering feedback from purchasing customers.
Qualifications for the Sales Representative That Are Preferred:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Fluent in English and bilingual is a plus
- 1 year of Sales Experience is preferred
- Engaging conversationalists to build rapport with customers
- Ability to position situations positively

Salary : $48,000 - $60,000
