What are the responsibilities and job description for the Food and Beverage Manager position at MMI Hospitality Group?
The Foxhole Restaurant at Cambria Hotel located in Fort Mill, SC is seeking a Food and Beverage Manager. This position manages the food and beverage department of the hotel to include food preparation, foodservice, banquet/catering sales and lounge service so as to maintain established operational standards and maximize the guest experience. As the Food and Beverage Manager you will be responsible for ensuring that guest of The Foxhole have an outstanding experience by creating a fun and innovative menu within the Choice/Cambria guidelines, while still managing food cost, inventory and ensuring all sanitation procedures are followed.
If you have at least three years’ experience working as a manager or supervisor in a hotel or full-service restaurant, along with experience training both front of house and back of house team members; ensuring that the restaurant and kitchen meet cleanliness guidelines; and have an understanding of budgeting and P&L statements this could be the job for you!
