A large crane manufacturer is looking for a Field Operations Manager to join their team.
- You will work as a Field Operations manager and be responsible for the field operating personnel and customer satisfaction in a safety first environment.

The Job
- You will manage a team of Field Supervisors, Inspectors, Technicians, Site Managers and Site Supervisors.
- Safety will be your number one priority, you schedule the monthly safety meetings, toolboxtalks, make sure that all the vehicles and equipment are inspected and that field audits are conducted in accordance with established guidelines.
- You take care of the customers and make sure that they are all satisfied and coordinate with planning and project management to ensure all work is completed in a timely manner.
Education & Experience
- Minimum five (5) years of experience as a manager in a customer service operations role in the crane industry or related and equivalent experience.
- Demonstrated leadership experience and good ‘people skills’ are an absolute must for this job.
- Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical principles.
Other Requirements.
- Must have and maintain a good driving record, including a valid driver’s license.
- Be able to travel and work out of town for 10 to 20 % of the time.
