Your duties and responsibilities:
- Handle turnover of empty units, including repairs (e.g., sheetrock, taping, sanding, painting, and fixing doors, windows, light fixtures, etc.)
- Use your basic carpentry, electrical, and plumbing skills to respond to tenant maintenance requests
- Install tile and laminate flooring
- Assist in maintaining walkways and parking lot in the winter
- Take part in the on-call rotation schedule and respond to maintenance emergency calls
- Report all issues to management
- Other maintenance duties as assigned
We hope you:

- Have at least 2 years of experience in multi-family maintenance and have experience with public contact
- Have formal training or experience in the following areas electrical work, painting, refurbishing, and Authority's "Maintenance Test"
Job must-haves:
- Minimum high school education or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license and current vehicle registration
- Possession of basic tools needed to perform routine maintenance tasks
- Physical aspects of the job may require heavy lifting, bending, kneeling, stooping, climbing, balancing, and carrying
- Demonstrate a neat and clean appearance and uphold maintenance standards
