We are a Real Estate Development company based in Jersey City NJ. We are looking for an individual for our multifamily developments as a project manager / office manager who will be on property sites and also in our office throughout the day. Individual would be responsible for organizing paper work / emails, working with the city for permits, analyzing drawings with architects, interior designers, coordinating & setting up meetings, and being in the meetings. Individual would also help manage the smaller developments which would entail hiring sub contractors and managing the team during construction. We are a small boutique company building 800 units in Jersey City over multiple projects. This individual would be involved in all departments from project management to finance to administrative. Individual need to have an engineering background or Architecture or Interior design preferably. This opportunity is for full time. Individual needs to be organized, quick learner who is aggressive, must be excellent with Excel, Word, and the ability to work or learn to work with different programs, app as and when needed.
Pay is between 60 to 80k based on experience and knowledge of the individual. There is a with bonus structure which is based on certain goals being met.
