- USPTO Office Actions Candidate will respond to office actions with the USPTO.
- IP Strategy
Qualifications and Skills
- Degrees Ideal candidates will have an Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Physics, or similar degrees. Advanced degrees are preferred.
- Ideally, 2-4 years of patent prosecution experience in fields such as electronics, software, AI, storage and memory hardware, cloud technologies and networks.
- Top grades.
- Outstanding writing ability is required.
- USPTO admitted.
Anticipated Compensation:
Competitive base salary ranging from $210,000 to $260,000 per year, commensurate with qualifications, skills, bar admissions, and relevant experience.
