QUALIFICATIONS
Available to work Monday-Saturday
1-2 years catering experience or in a restaurant leadership role
Basic experience with computers,i.e.Microsoft Suite, email, iPad
A DAY IN THE LIFE
A typical day as a Catering Coordinator for Mo' Bettahs will begin by planning and organizing orders for the day. Then partnering with the rest of the restaurant team to prepare and deliver those orders. This will be followed by planning and organizing for upcoming days, calling customers back to ensure satisfaction and finding ways both in the restaurant and outside of the restaurant to get new catering business. This can be done by proactively reaching out and building relationships with businesses in the area.
This is the perfect role for someone who enjoys preparing quality food, working within a team, has a level of ownership in their area of responsibility and loves making customers days Mo’ Bettah.
