What are the responsibilities and job description for the Gas Station Manager position at Mobile Gas Station?
We are looking a full time manager for our 24x7 gas station in Phoenix Arizona, who is an extrovert, enjoys working with the public and possesses excellent customer service skills. He/She must also be efficient in math, basic computer savvy in Microsoft, and retail POS.
Management Duties:
- Should be able to greets customers, explain new products and ensures customer satisfaction.
- As a store manager, should be able to meet the sales, gross margin target set by owners.
- Should be able to do to market analysis and suggest new products, selling prices based on customer needs, neighborhood competition to owners.
- Creates reports, showing the daily and monthly sales, cash control, bank deposit.
- Orders stock, receiving delivery, return delivery, managing inventory and managing relationships with vendors.
- Implementing measures and process for loss prevention, loss due to theft, determining how much stock to order based on previous sales, controlling expenses and avoiding waste.
- Should be able to recruits new employees and handles the interview process when necessary.
- Creating the employees' schedule, time sheet for payroll, training new employees, supervising daily activities and handling disputes between employees and customers.
- Should be able to manage or cover shifts in case of absence and vacation of regular employee.
- Maintain store and gas station cleanliness, appealing product displays and organization of products on shelves.
- Manage preventive maintenance, break downs and relationship with service vendors.

Pay: From $3,500.00 per month
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
Supplemental Pay:
- Bonus pay

- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
