Experience/Education/Qualification
Experience:
- One year of physical therapy experience preferred
- Current Physical Therapy license in the State of Iowa
- Basic Life Support (BLS) is required upon completion of orientation
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
- Ability to read and communicate effectively in English.
- High degree of empathetic listening skills, tact, and kindness toward others.
- Ability to communicate well verbally. Must work effectively as a member of a team.
- Basic computer knowledge
- Technical and critical thinking skills about sound nursing judgment.
- Knowledge of nursing practices as they relate to acute care.
