Our office is seeking an organized, dependable Front Office Coordinator to join our team.
Salary will be commiserate with experience. Training will be provided.
Front Office Coordinator Responsibilities:
· Greeting clients and visitors
· Scheduling appointments
· Preparing documents/reports
· Receiving and sending emails
· Collecting payments
· Managing office inventory
· Answering phone calls and provide requested information
· Explaining financial policies and services to clients
· Filing insurance
Front Office Coordinator Requirements:
· A high school qualification or equivalent
· Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Presentable appearance
· Customer service skills
· Insurance experience
